Connect your terminal
After attaching the EA, open Chart Reporter and select the trading account (hub) you want to check.
Confirm the connection
- Make sure MetaTrader 5 is open and Algo Trading is enabled.
- Keep the chart with the Chart Reporter EA attached open.
- In Chart Reporter, check the terminal status for the relevant hub.
A terminal is considered offline when a heartbeat has not been received for 90 seconds. If it stays offline, confirm the EA is attached to an active chart and that your terminal can access the internet.
Verify imported trades
New orders and trade events should appear in the trade feed after the EA sends them. Your statistics use net PnL: profit, commission, and swap are included.
